Who are we?
A 100% Belgian company
Washing Drone.srl is a family business specialising in the cleaning and maintenance of various structures such as roofs, cladding, solar panels, glazing, etc…
We work ALL over Belgium.

Our pilots
All our pilots are certified by the DGAC and have their licences in order with the SP mobilité et transport.
In order to be able to pilot a UAS for operations carried out under the Belgian standard scenario, we must provide proof of :
- Hold a remote pilot theoretical knowledge certificate for operations in the national standard scenario BE-STS-01 and have successfully completed the corresponding practical training.
- Be the holder of a remote pilot licence (class 1 issued under the Royal Decree of 10 April 2016) and have obtained the Remote Pilot Certificate of Competence (subcategory A2) by converting this licence (after completing the online training and passing the online examination covering Regulation (EU) 2019/947 only).
In addition to the general obligations of a remote pilot flying in the specific category, during the flight we must ensure compliance with the flight rules defined by the national standard scenario BE-STS-01 and manage the control of your drone, including in emergency situations. At no time can we pilot several UAS at the same time or hand over control to another remote pilot with a different control unit. We can, however, be assisted by a UAS observer.
Operator
In addition to the general obligations of a UAS operator operating in the specific category, we must:
- Draw up an operations manual in accordance with the requirements of the Belgian standard scenario;
- Declare our operations to the DGTA via the Drone Portal;
- Be in possession of a confirmation of receipt and completeness (acknowledgement of receipt) sent electronically by the DGTA after your declaration has been submitted.
During operations, we are also responsible for :
- Ensuring that non-involved parties set up and respect the controlled area on the ground;
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with the appropriate intervention and emergency procedures by the remote pilot and any other person involved in the operation;
- Informing people present in the controlled area on the ground about the risks associated with operations.
