Your role:

• • Actively prospect for customers (individuals, businesses, co-ownerships).
  • Present and sell our services tailored to their needs.
  • Negotiate and conclude contracts.
  • Ensuring high-quality customer care to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Profile required:

• • Commercial experience in the building, cleaning or personal services sector (an asset).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of organisation.
  • Knowledge of the local Belgian market a plus.
  • Driving licence and mobility (preferable).
